The most efficient anti stress therapy is your cat! The purrs and the soft touch of your hand on your cat's fur has a very relaxing effect. I can tell you all about it today because I have just lived a very stressful day. I was doing a report in a lab and while sitting on the lap and taking notes I put my hands and elbows on a table. Great mistake! I heard a women talking at me "Take your hands immediately off the table, we work with dangerous viruses on this table. Please go wash your hand and arms at once😵😵😵😵 That's when my day started to be a little stressful. I washed thouroughly my hands and arms...hopefully nothing will happen to me. Next time I'll be less relaxed in a laboratory 😒 Anyway, I'm happy to be home and surrounded by positive vibes and calmness😻How was your day?
